What sweetener do you use in your sugar-free chocolates?
Our sugar-free chocolates are sweetened with Maltitol—a premium sugar alternative that allows us to create smooth, delicious chocolate without compromising on taste.
Maltitol offers a clean sweetness with no bitter aftertaste, ensuring that our sugar-free creations meet Luru’s high standards for flavor and quality.
What do the percentages denote on each bar of chocolate?
It's a basic proportion by weight of cocoa beans to sugar. The percentage refers to the measure of cocoa solids in a given chocolate bars. Higher the percentages, darker or more intense will the chocolate bar be.
Are your products preservative-free?
Yes! All our products are made with zero preservatives. We rely on fresh ingredients, time-honored techniques, and careful packaging to ensure natural longevity and flavor.
Do you offer gift hampers or bulk orders?
Absolutely! We offer curated gift hampers and can accommodate bulk orders for weddings, corporate gifting, and special occasions. Contact us for customised options.

When will my order ship?
IN - BENGALURU DELIVERIES:
Standard Shipping will arrive within 1-2 business days
Orders placed after 6PM will ship out the next working day.
Can I place an order to be shipped outside of India?
Due to the perishability of our product, we do not ship outside India.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
Yes, we do but only for deliveries in Bengaluru

Will I receive an order confirmation?
An order receipt will be sent immediately to your email address after placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, order total, and optional gift message within two hours of placing your order. Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation including the tracking number for each shipment. Please note that this confirmation is typically emailed within 24 hrs on the day it is shipped. You may also Track Your Order at our Customer Assistance page.
Can I create an account after I start placing my order?
Yes. After your order is completed, you will be asked if you would like to create an account, which will allow you to track your orders and will also make ordering easier for you in the future

What is Luru’s returns Policy?
For purchases made from Luru , your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition, no matter the weather, to delight you and those that receive your gifts! If you are not completely satisfied with your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care within 24 hours of the receipt for a prompt and courteous replacement or exchange of your merchandise. STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
How long will Luru’s chocolates stay fresh?
Luru’s chocolates are best enjoyed fresh and will retain their flavor and texture when stored in a cool, dry place (18–22°C)—away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend consuming them within a few weeks for optimal taste. For unopened products, please refer to the ‘Best Before’ date printed on the packaging.
How should I store Luru’s spreads and jams?
Our spreads and jams are made without preservatives, so once opened, they should be refrigerated and consumed within 3–4 weeks for peak flavor. Unopened jars should be kept in a cool, dry place, and enjoyed before the ‘Best Before’ date indicated on the label.
How to store Bonbons, Pralines & Ganache ?
We advise you to keep our chocolates in a cool place between 14 and 18°C. They must be kept in their original packaging and place them at the bottom of the refrigerator, as they are very sensitive to aromas. They are best consumed within 1 - 2 months from the manufacturing date.
How should I store chocolate if I want to keep it fresh for longer?
If you’d like to enjoy Luru chocolates over an extended period, you can safely store them with care:
Up to 2 months: Place the unopened chocolate package in two tightly sealed plastic bags and store in the refrigerator.
Up to 6 months: For longer storage, place the double-bagged chocolate in the freezer.
Before enjoying, let the chocolate come to room temperature gradually while still sealed, to prevent condensation and preserve texture and flavor. This will take approximately two hours if it was stored in the refrigerator, six hours if it was stored in the freezer.
ALLERGY INFORMATION
Does your chocolate contain dairy?
All of our products, including solid chocolate pieces, may contain milk or traces of dairy. While some products are made without dairy, all products are produced in a facility that also handles ingredients containing milk.
Does your chocolate contain nuts?
Our chocolates may contain nuts, peanuts, or traces thereof. Even if a product does not list nuts as an ingredient, it is produced in a facility where nuts are handled.
Those with nut allergies should avoid consuming our products.
Does your chocolate contain gluten?
Some of our products are naturally gluten-free; however, all items are manufactured in a facility that processes products containing gluten.
For this reason, our products are not suitable for individuals with gluten sensitivities or allergies.
What allergens are present in your products?
Each product on our website includes a detailed ingredient list and allergen information in its description. While some items may not contain common allergens as ingredients, all our products are made in a central kitchen that handles nuts, milk, soya, and gluten. As a result, there may be traces of these allergens present in any item.
We recommend those with severe allergies refrain from consuming our products.
